Our Philosophy

• Generals Lacrosse Camp is a camp for girls ages 10-18 years old. All experience levels are welcome as campers will be grouped appropriately based on age, experience and ability.
  
  


• Campers will learn individual and team offensive and defensive skills and tactics. Goalkeepers will receive specific goalkeeper training and instruction.
  
  


• Coaches work to help each camper improve her abilities through individualized attention and healthy competition – a minimum 8:1 camper to coach ratio will be maintained at all times.
  
  


• We believe in creating a positive learning atmosphere so that campers will not only be challenged to be their best, but will also have fun while doing so.
